Because it's my birthday

Yays! I think I miss blogging. Or maybe I just miss writing down my thoughts. Or maybe I just feel like writing tonight. A pre-birthday post? LOL. Again, I don't know what to write exactly. No specific topic, but rather random! Hmmm... Oh before I forget, I bought a birthday gift for myself - Skateboard. Yes, I'll be skating again.. Hoping to fly away in the Zephyr! Bwahahaha (break a leg!)

Moving on, yesterday I went to CAPS Fest by Ubec crew at Turtle's Nest. And I would say it rocks! Really, really rocks! Live graffiti by the Ubec Crew! \m/.

Let the photos speak! Ubec Crew Caps Fest

"Many thanks to those who sent their greetings early, via SMS and Wall Post and of course to those who greeted me personally- (don't forget my gift! hahah) Appreciate it much! ^_^"

The celebration continues on the actual day:
This morning, the Cebu Bloggers Society went at SM City Cebu for the grand opening of Frizberry Yogurt. And I would say that it was awesome! The yogurt really was uber yummy! After which, we went at KFC and had our lunch there, courtesy of Frizberry. Well, it was indeed a blessings in disguise, I never thought that my birthday would somehow be celebrated in such way. I am not used of celebrating birthdays though, but I would say thank you.

Thanks to Frizberry, thanks to my CBS family, thanks to my family, relatives, friends, and colleagues who greeted me today! Until then.

Frizberry Yogurt Opening at SM City Cebu

Yoghurt or yogurt is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. Fermentation of lactose produces lactic acid, which acts on milk protein to give yoghurt its texture and its characteristic tang. Soy yoghurt, a non-dairy yoghurt alternative, is made from soy milk. Dairy yoghurt is produced using a culture of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus bacteria. Milk is heated and cooled for an hour. While it is heated, the bacteria are added for fermentation.

People have been making—and eating—yogurt for at least 5,400 years. Today it is a common food item throughout the world. A nutritious food with unique health benefits, it is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

In line with this, this coming March 08, 2010 - Monday, The Frizberry Yogurt, will open at the 2nd Level of SM City Cebu (Fronting Salon D Rose).

Hmmmm... This would be my very first post under the new host of McCoolot.com. Well this isn't a paid hosting, but it rocks! Blogspot rocks! Hahaha...

Because I am bored, and I don't feel like sleeping, I guess, this is the best time for me to write something that I feel like writing. Hmmmp... So what exactly is running inside my head right now? Well, I feel like high school once again! Rewind <<< . . .

Anyhow, lemme just share some photos captured last January 2010 with my high school classmates.

That's all for now... See you guys some other time!

Hello World! McCoolot.com is back

Hello folks! Howdy? How was your Valentines' day? Your Chinese New Year? And one more thing, congratulations to Cebu Bloggers Society for a successful 2nd anniversary celebration. I am proud of you folks! Congrats to the working committee behind. (bows down)

Anyhow, this blog is back online. Due to some hosting issue (bandwidth limit) this wasn't available for over a month. And I was too lazy to work with the blog andrecover the files and everything. Thanks to blogspot's new feature "Pages", I was really waiting for this feature to be available, and now here it is!

Further, I was able to gain access to my wordpress account where the files are located and exported all my posts including the comments. As you can see, everything is now back online. Though there are still lots of things I need to work on.

Start of something new

I can still recall the moment I first stepped my feet on 1and1’s floor at the applicant’s waiting area way back at i2 building. I could still recall how proud I was when I got accepted with the position and I still am being part of the company. I can still recall everyone’s facial expression during our first day of training. We were 8 trainees that time – 4 boys and 4 girls. We were all deployed in one team – Twisted Mind and later changed to RELOADED. And today, only 3 of us (co-trainees/batchmates/teamates) are left. And today we are already on our 3rd year in this company. Hurray! We survive!

Time flies by the too fast. It was just like yesterday when I applied here. Anyhow, with all those times, I could say that I really learned a lot of things while working as one of the Technical Support Representatives in one of the largest web hosting company recognized worldwide. New things, new acquaintances, new technical knowledge, and a lot more.

It was indeed a tough decision I made to switch over to a new working environment (FASTHOSTS). Though the same nature of work, and still part of the company, but it would still mean an adjustment on my part. There are new people that I’ll be dealing with, though I knew some of them, but majority I don’t. And it really is a not so easy decision to leave my teammates, but since decision has to be made. So be it. I got other plans for my life to achieve.

To my teammates/former teammates: I couldn’t say more, but thank you. I mean not to surprise you guys. And this doesn’t mean that we won’t see each other again, (newies I am still under training). I wish everyone the best!

Until then!
